Temple Hills resident Andre Moore, 32, has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of Sejon Reed in September 2021.

Police say that at around 9;30 p.m on Sept. 17, 2021, officers were called to the 4700 block of St. Barnabas Road to investigate a reported shooting, where they found Reed outside a building suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Reed was rushed to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

On Monday, June 24, the department announced that Moore has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as other related charges.

He is being held without bond pending his next court appearance. The incident remains under investigation.
